How to Participate 1. Contact the Convenor. of the particular pgme. The fee can be handed over to him/her on the day of the pgme if the amount is less than Rs 100/-. 2. Contact The Secretary or the Chairman, YHAI Delhi State Branch. 3. Download/save registration and medical forms given below. Submit the same alongwith the requisite participation fee to YHAI Delhi State Branch. 4. Visit the office of YHAI Delhi State Branch located at B-22 Phase-II Chattarpur Enclave,New Delhi. The office is open from 1200 to 1700 hrs on all working days. REGISTRATION/MEDICAL FORMS

Ø Please note that the office of Delhi State Branch, YHAI is AT_B-22,PHASE-II, CHATTARPUR ENCLAVE, NEW_DELHI.

Ø The schedule/duration of any program is subject to change without any prior notice

Ø Though every care and precaution has been undertaken in organizing the above programs, yet YHAI Delhi State Branch, shall not be held responsible for any accident or mis-happening that may occur during the program. Participants shall take part in these programs at their own risk and responsibility.

Ø Participation fee is payable by cash or DD in favor of “Youth Hostels Association of India, Delhi State Branch” payable at New Delhi in their Savings Bank Account No. 0157101000662 ; Canara Bank, New Delhi.

Ø Cancellation: 50% participation fee will be refunded if written request for cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled program along with the original fee receipts. No request for cancellation will be entertained on a notice of less than 7 days.
